I assert that corruption-- regardless of the perpetrator (corporations, governments, unions, media, educators, etc) -- is sustained by corrupt political leaders. Every one that gets away with such wrongdoing is in bed with the greatest crooks in our society: politicians.

Keith, you may be angry about the right things, but aiming the ire at "corporations" is misdirected, in my view.

You must remember that while there are many corrupt and evil corporations, there are also some that do good in the world. I can point out two off my head Hershey's Chocolate (most, if not all their profits go to Orphanages and other children charities)and Simple Green (they nontoxic cleaning fluid because owner saw first hand the horrors of toxic cleaner). In the world their are tons of evil people and evil people who run a organization can and will corrupt it for their on twisted purposes (any organization, not just corporations), and there are some evil people who are smart enough to make evil organizations (the Soviet Union, AL Quida, KKK, Nazis, the NWO or as like to call them League Of Evil Friends, for example). Some evil people believe they are doing good (all those evil organizations I mentioned believe they are doing good), but the fruit they bare says otherwise. Just as their are bad people in the world there are good people as will (and some people who are fickle and could go either way until they finally become evil because they did nothing). When good people, incorruptible (rare but real), are in charge of an organization it tends to do good things because they want too (again any organization, including but not limited to corporations). Ultimately, people choose what they are, if they choose to be selfish greedy power mad pigs then they choose to be evil, if however they choose to help others in need or other acts that give back to the community (you can stretch community to mean humanity)then they chose to be good, and anyone can choose to be either good or bad at anytime, that is what makes man a monster, the comprehension of good and evil, and the ability to choose between the two.
Organizations (corporations, governments, unions, clubs, charities, any group of people) are only as good as the people in them. Saying otherwise is unrealistic and irresponsible. (I present this as advice to you and do not mean it as an insult).
